Hermetically Sealed Components:
All heating elements, motors, and electrical contactors are entirely enclosed. Standard fan motors are typically explosion-proof, permanently lubricated, and thermally protected.
Heavy-Duty Construction:
Built with rugged materials like 14-gauge steel, aluminum, or stainless steel to withstand harsh industrial impacts and resist corrosion (including in \(\text{H}_2\text{S}\) environments).
Liquid-to-Air Heat Exchangers:
Many portable models utilize a sealed heat exchanger core filled with an ethylene-glycol mixture, which reduces the surface temperature of the heating elements while providing excellent, even thermal distribution.
Overheat Protection & Thermostats:
